Boundary Surveys
Need to know exactly where your land is located? We provide certified land boundary surveys. These can be new boundaries or old boundary retracements.
Topographic Surveys
On occasion, the need arises to know exactly how a piece of land is “shaped”, or contoured. We can provide topographic surveys that paint a picture of how a site is formed.
Deed Research
A great starting point to know anything about a tract of land can generally be found in the deeds and/or plats of record. We can assist in finding those needed documents.

Keen Surveying LLC is a Southwest Virginia based business that provides location services for land boundaries that need to be located (or in some cases, re-located). We also provide surveys of existing site topography for small land boundaries where contouring is desired.
